it seems like there's quite a bit of japanese in my blog entries... i really should explain the words i used (^0^) so...
lets have a jap lesson~!! [meaning in italics]
-lesson one-
o-re -- me. usually used for males and only males in most cases ^^" (note: pronounced as oh-leh not orr)
sa-ma -- no dashes in between but since i spelt it this way in my navigation, so be it. i'll explain why later. coming back, sama is used for respected people or celebrities. eg. kami-sama (god) or tora-sama (my dear tora from alicenine)
o-re-sa-ma -- this combines the above two. so it means me (in a self centered manner). i found this in miyavi's homepage www.o-re-sa-ma.com and thought it super cute so snatched for my own use ^^
atashi/watashi -- me...again. but this time this is the correct usage. can be used by both sex but atashi would mainly be female (but if you happen to be gay, you can use it too XP)
tanjoubi -- birthday
onegai -- please
kudasai -- please in a more casual tone
demo -- but
daijoubu -- nevermind/it's okay
kakoii -- good looking/handsome (drool-able ^.^)
puri -- purikura. which is neoprints (ooo i love those~)
kaman sensei: hmm... that's about it for today's class. please do revision on lesson 1 your own.
class dismiss.
class: thank you kaman sensei~
sensei walks off...
whahah~~ laughing at my own lameness...
i am thinking of putting up a jap teaching corner in the nav bar...
we shall see.... ^^
