work day
11:52 PM

worked 9 to 9 today. actually even longer. [although technically, it's not full work since i was stoning quite a bit.. -.-]
i'm really happy adrian called me to help out. it suddenly struck me during the shoot that i've known them for 3 years! how time really flies. he asked me to help in another shoot sometime in early feb too. it's really great (^.^)

i can predict the cause of sis's death: dehydration. why? because she can just drool non-stop over cute guys and hence eventually die from dehydration. ha!

had thought of so much to blog these few days but now that i'm finally here i dont wanna write. i am totally exhausted. both body and mind.

i love love love you (^3^) [guess who i'm saying this to.... the answer will be in my next entry]

just keep swimming
10:53 PM

just keep swimming, just keep swimming...
went swimming after lessons today. like finally!! we've only swam like once (._.)
swam 6 and a half lap today. i'm really puzzled... how are you supposed to count laps? one across or is it to and fro?? 6 1/2 is to and fro of course.. so it's 13 laps.

i'm really happy today. great things just happens like continuously.
first i saw him. then i saw him. and saw him.
he keeps appearing like everywhere i go. he definitely looked much better today.

open house was nothing but jam.
jams here, jams there.
the bridge thing was absolutely lame.

talking about lame. now i know why mel and colin are sooo sooo sooo lame.
they are both born in october!!!
are the october babies you know lame too?
all my october friends are definitley so.

nice arm
6:56 PM

there's still about 2 days to slack.
been mapling. i levelled up today! hahah. but it's still only 21.

there's loads to download at windjp.net. even the whole SC which i missed on NHK on sunday! and of cos the seijinshiki. kame and yamap is in the same seijinshiki. that is sooo strange! kame is 1986 while yamap is 1985. so that means kame will be 20 this year and yamap last year. so why are they in the same seijinshiki??! (?_?)

he has really nice arms and hands. oooo~ (^.^)

pride and prejudice
10:42 PM

watched pride and prejudice at PS today. with nad, tjan and mel. it's tjan's first time watching movie with us!!! a day to commemorate.
the movie was great! although it wasn't as glam as i thought it was. their ball [the dancing kind...] was like 100 people stuck in a tiny room that you can hardly turn around without knocking into another guy. and the cups they used were like metal beer like mugs! that is lotr prop. totally lotr. i thought it would be more classy. and basically houses [bennets and mr colin's lodge] are just a cluttered mess. but the story was great, like duh (>.>) and the wickham guy looked like orlando bloom.

ate at gelare's after that. and took SO MUCH silly photos. tjan is one camera whore i tell you (^.^) lol

chicken coop
12:38 AM

went geylang for steamboat dinner. we were walking to a dessert shop after that and the walk was kinda long.. you can see all sorts of stuff along the way.
i totally had no idea the situation was so bad. there were like sooo many china prostitutes standing along the roadside. and men, usually ah peks, were like loitering near them and even on the other side of the road to observe who they should 'take'. there were soo many on the other side, it's kinda lame. if they wanted to get some service from them and do some observation before hand, wouldnt they want to do that as close as poosible? and not like on the other side and have endless traffic in the middle.. but thinking about it, perhaps it's a better choice. standing too close means you have the opportunity to scruntinise their looks and you will just vomit >.<
the journey to the dessert shop was terrible. it's like walking in a chicken farm, if you get what i mean...

i can't believe i actually slept at 2am and woke up at 7.30am and could survive such a busy day till now...

photo day
12:28 AM

decided to go photo taking last minute today. the sun's finally out!!!!!! like after SIX whole days! went to millenia walk and got acquainted with a strange photographer. he was taking photos at millenia too. and came to us. talked a while and he wanted to take photos with us. isn't that strange or what?! took a horizontal and vertical of me and mel and another two with him together with us. that's like soo weird. and gave us his namecard asking if we might want to work part time to snap events. well, it's not such a bad deal since we will get paid. so we left our contact. and we left.
but the photos with him is just too wierd.

we took photos at giant after dinner at carl's jr. oh ya! it's our first time eating there. it's quite good. but the oil is sickening. anyway, we went to snap tomatoes, celery, waxed sausages, mcvities biscuits, purple and yellow pao, taiwan sausage blah blah... funny photos with mel advertising for taiwan sausages, banana and a tree. whahah!! and when we spotted the red, yellow and green peppers and got all excited wanting to snap it, the guy came and said "err, what are you doing? you can't take photos inside here..." right. we've been taking like for so long and only when we find the nicest colours he shoos us away.

i've been super uber blur the whole of this week!! grr.... must be the rain (-.-)

err
6:03 PM

wore the 9cm heels in the end. successfully. it wasn't nearly as bad as the red shoes. of cos my feet is tired but at least they didnt die. but so many didn't turn up for per com yesterday so they couldnt see my pretty shoes...

bought new shoes yesterday~ i'm thinking of sending the red shoes into exile but i needed another pair to replace it. soo, found it at parkway. damn cheap. from ice lemon tee. weird place to buy shoes (-.-)

it's been raining forever. wanted to take photos at botanical gardens today since it's hari raya. but the weather is horrible. rain and rain non stop. and it's freezing cold (~.~)"

mel bought me a bible! i think i'll give up searching for the long lost one... lol. the bible is actually from a few others in church too. (^.^) thanks my dear~

personality test
12:51 AM

Your distinct personality, The Dreamer-Minstrel might be found in most of the thriving kingdoms of the time. You can always see the "Silver Lining" to every dark and dreary cloud. Look at the bright side is your motto and understanding why everything happens for the best is your goal. You are the positive optimist of the world who provides the hope for all humankind. There is nothing so terrible that you can not find some good within it. On the positive side, you are spontaneous, charismatic, idealistic and empathic. On the negative side, you may be a sentimental dreamer who is emotionally impractical. Interestingly, your preference is just as applicable in today's corporate kingdoms.

interesting thing i saw in tjan's blog...

funeral of mr stingray
12:37 AM

(T_T) mr stingray died! he didn't even spend 24hrs in our tank! sad.
he got stuck in the rocks and injured himself so he couldn't get out and the prawn(s) attacked him. he was all shrunk when dad took him out. poor soul.
and he smell like sotong XP

finally made use of the library's project room today. hahah~ (^.^) but it was super uber freezing (~.~) in there. i've always wanted to use those rooms cos through the window, we will look soooo hard working. look is the word. since no one outside knows what we are discussing about, we look like such good students. i've been persuading huimin to book that for our mmprin project discussions when we are wearing formal. we will look so much like pros having a meeting. whahaha (^o^)

tried mac's rice beef burger this afternoon. not bad~ but can't they have some originality?!

i am in the procrastinating mood again...

tv-less home
8:19 PM

my living room is now tv-less. they took it away.
it's so empty now.. only now then i notice that i actually watch quite a lot of tv in the living room. now i can only watch scv in my parents' room (>.<)

the red shoes killed my feet.
it is not because of the heel, there's not much anyway, but the cover part of the shoe is kinda tight. the leather is still quite hard since it's new. the feeling is horrible.
good thing i didn't go shopping in the end.

i wanted to wear the 9cm grad night heels on monday, but now i think it's better if it stay at home.

there's a new member in the aquarium! and this time it is.... *drumroll*...... mr. stingray!
and some other smaller not that important members like a red don't-know-what fish and a doctor fish. and also a not alive(?) purple sponge coral.
pretty~

outing again
12:20 AM

watched the chronicles of narnia at cine today. mel had free tickets and since it could be used at any cinema, we thought cine would be more comfy. anyway it was much better than expected and actually, it's quite good. very touching. i almost cried, mel did. it seems somewhat a christian movie. hahaha~ a bit subtle but it really has some linkage. mel felt so too. so maybe that's why nad found the movie boring but both of us like it and think it's good. i'm not a christian yet but well, i am becoming one too i guess. putting aside the christian-like parts, it is actually quite a touching story about family relationships and stuff. the computer effects were so real! i use to dislike CG stuff but like for lotr and this it's very realistic, unlike those in the promise and the myth. those are the worst effects ever in movies.
and the monsters belonging to the white witch are super-imposed from lord of the rings XP

turned more capsules today. hahah~ and tried on beautiful boots. mel was trying at first so i tried for fun. i know i'll never buy one cos it's really not very practical to wear it here in sunny singapore. but the boots were gorgeous. furry black high cut boots. i love that pair. but unfortunately all did not have my size. i'm not gonna buy anyway, so it's alright actually.

sleeepppy~~

and that is all she cares
i have a funny friend
and her name is ter-jan
she is very pretty
& taste just like honey
she has 2 queer friends
their names mel and man zie
this is her welcome entry~ lol
today was fun!! mel and me turn capsules like crazy. i spent exactly 10 bucks on capsules only! mel spent quite a bit too and she even bought a whole set of capsule stuff from the new shop in century square. we were on our way to popular but then we past by toys'r'us and there were a capsule stations so we turned like three there and ran out of dollar coins even after changing from the cashier. so we went to popular, bought stuff and got one dollar coin change. so went back to toys'r'us to turn some more.
then i suggested we go to the shop at century which sis told me about. sooo... on the way there, we found MORE capsule stations! with the coin changing machine beside them. there were at least 20 i tell you and ALL were full! and among them was the one that i turned at toys'r'us. so i turned again. mel turned too.. and we finally set off to century.
at century, we awed at the cute little capsule pieces. they are sooo kawaii!! some are the ever-so-popular you-don't-know-what's-in-the-box cute sets of little miniature food or items. the cake sets are lovely! $6+ one set with about 6 pieces of tiny cake and a tray. and they sold capsules in a set. you know, if you try to turn one whole set of the capsule stuff, like 8 different designs at $2/capsule, you are gonna spent like at least $20-30. but if you buy the whole set there, it's $20 no +++. so it's much cheaper, especially for those with special designs which are like super hard to turn. ya, so basically, it saves money. but takes away the fun of turning and not knowing what you will get. so ya.
i don't get the point of writing all about this cos i will still go turn them as usual (^.^)
but then i feel so otaku! it's like i like capsule and those you-don't-know-what's-in-the-box cute miniature stuffs so much and can just spend sooo much time at those shops. and i can't be bothered to dress up these days!! it's so otaku lifestyle!!! (@.@) but i do not like staying at home and am not pro with computer and internet. i hope i will not and never will go onto the path of otaku lifestlye.

looking back, many fab things happened in 2005. first time out of school uniform, working etc... made great friends, had loads of fun (^.^) i can't remember the bad things that happened, and there's no point looking back at them anyway.

i wish this year will be even better than last year.
my new year resolution is.....

.....don't tell you.
hahaha! actually i haven't really thought of it yet.
jya~
