But frankly speaking, I don't really feel the holidays yet. There wasn't the really overjoyed and relieved feeling yesterday nor today for that matter.. I'm just glad we survived the semester.
First event after official end of school was..... shoot at expo lerkthai.
I guess that's not what most people will choose as after exams activity but.... shoot's really rather fun for me. Seeing all that mess again and finally meeting an act-diva actress who can't act and is like UGLY. She's like wooahhhh~ So da pai don't take up such jobs la~!! Go to hollywood lor! Big deal! Although it's not like she can go anywhere with THAAT acting (@_@)
NYAA YPN meeting = STRESS BIG TIME.
Photography all over again??!!!!!! Die die must dig out some acceptable shots in my lousy collection. Looking at the photos of the others and from the other publications, I think my name can be removed from the list. My photos are nowhere good to be publicated!!! Shoot's over! And there's no 'finally' cos I don't really want it to end. I love shoots. I have a totally different energy generator for working on set. No matter how tired I might be, shoots = energy UP!!
Now the horrible tan has set in and it doesn't seem to fade. My legs are better but but but... it's the FACE!!! The sun just can't seem to affect my brows at all. A black face with pale brows (>___<) Please don't go pointing at them and laugh! EVIL NAD AND TJAN!!!

Anyways, there were fireworks right opposite our block last night!!!! It's part of the chingay at heartlands thing. 
Although it wasn't any big and glam fireworks like national day, but like when do you get to see sparks shooting into the sky right before you?!! Excluding the seventh month.... It was quite a lovely display, with purple and yellow sparks and this big red one. Nice nice~

Today's shoot was sooooo fantastic i tell you. GRRRRRRR.... The weather was soooo beautiful that it left me with the most amazing tan EVER. First, my face is practically BLACK now and looking like guan gong (>__<)". Then both my upper arms have super distinct tan lines due to my sleeve. And then... the best part is *see below*
ARGHHHHH!!!!!!! Cos I rolled up my jeans so there's this other super obvious line right across my legs but being two-toned horizontally isn't all... Just divide my leg vertically into half and picture the both halves of a different tone. Now, THAT'S MY TAN. !#$%&!!!!!! The inner half of my legs are like pale while the other side is burnt. How nice.
It'll take me months to get rid of the tan lines. BLEHHH.
The sky was soooooo black at one point of time that cause me to..... show my magic powers with the *drumroooooll* virgin-rain-rain-go-away-charm!!! Put onions and chili at the the N-E-W-S corners and say some magic words to shoo the rain away!!! And needless to say, IT WORKED!!! Nevermind that it still drizzled for a few minutes...

Can you tell from the picture that the camera is VERTICALLY HANGING ON TOP OF THE TALENT?!!!!! Supported only by the few metal rods of the C-stands, the camera, which weighs a thousand tons and not forgetting, costing a gazillion thousand dollars, just hung happily over SUNNY (our funny scary beggar talent)!!!! First question that popped to mind?? -- IS THE CAMERA INSURED??!!!!!! OMGGGGGAWD!

The physio session this morning is actually kinda fun. It's just like going to the gym to workout - pay a fee, get into your gear, listen to what your certified trainer has to teach and let her guide you along the steps. But it's really tiring though. And it only shows how weak my back muscles are.
Even though I woke up so early in the morning, my progession with CCC is still at yesterday's rate. BLEH.
And to cheer me up, I rewatched and rewatched arashi's love so sweet performance and newS' medley on MS. ﾗﾌﾞﾗﾌﾞ!!!~ ~ (^3^) みんなかっこいい！！

After that few days of chinese new year rest, it's revision time again.

I know I have practically no time left already and yet I just can't bring myself to revise. There's only tmr and friday left before the paper and this weekend is reserved for tania's shoot. So that means I only have about 54 hours to cram every single CCC shit into my brains which already got eaten by hanakimi. grrrrr..... (not that i mind hanakimi at all though, DUH...)

Let's start from friday..
Started watching hanakimi after coming home from the airport. And like OMG it's soooo damn good! RABU RABU!! (>3<) I'm now at ep 7... Gotta love clubbox.
Then saturday.. REUNION DINNER!!!!
It was so so so so super duper unbelievably oishiiiiiii!!!!
Those homemade fishballs, those fresh lettuce [yes, i'm a cow], those crunchy squid, those sweet prawns, that beer, that meat, that konnyaku noodle, that GEODUCK!!! How can I forget the GEODUCK?!!!! Nevermind that the name sounds like some pokemon, it is so shioooook!!! (It's a clamshell creature actually) Bought it fresh and alive on thursday at geylang, and had half of it sashimi style. OMG GOODNESS! I've not eaten something sooooo good for the longest time. Then the second half was all in our tummies during reunion. SHIAWASE~~ (^0^)
and it was super expensive too...
Then finally today.. FIRST DAY OF NEW YEAR
Went for sunday brunch at shangri-la hotel with frankie's family, anna's family and the leungs. It was another goooooood round of food. Well, maybe drinks mainly. They served sangria you see. A wine punch. It was really nice~ The bartender even remembered us. "Welcome back again ladies...." (-__-) We went back for the third glass? The white wine was better that the red though.
Totally love the strawberries and blueberries in the hotel's own sangria creation. Called line sangria? I forgot. The orange wine menu 'caution notice' is sooo kawaii.And.... they also had candy floss!!!!! LOVEEE!!!! On top of that, they also had pick n mix gummies!!! Sis and i were totally fighting with the kids to get these sweettooth snacks.
The gummies comes with a pretty little box. Looks like something from perlini's ne.On top of the lion dance and the cai shen, they even had a balloon sculptor!!!!!!!! Which came to us by request.... from me (-__-)
The balloon sculptor! In the process of making an orange flower bracelet for sis.I got a pink flower!!! once again... request basis.
I 'gave' my pink flower to this cho kawaii little baby!!! Her eyes are sooooooooo adorable!!!!! After I got my flower, she suddenly just came behind me and tugged at it. KAWAIIIIII!!!!!!! (^3^)
Her dad/relative took this for me~ She can't stay still at all!!! ALl the other shots were blurred. But such a cutie still!!!! I think she's german, or perhaps french.After brunch was to letty's house all the way at sembawang.
It was here where I got to that kids can also be DEMONS IN DISGUISE. That cousin of theirs... omg can't believe what an eight year old is capable of. He is already so screwed up at this age, what more when he gets older???!!!
I finally know why Parental Guidance is needed for movies after seeing this boy. Even Beauty and the Beast should be PG. Goodness, nothing's G anymore.

I overslept this morning until around 8.50am when singlecam starts at 9. Aftering replying to nad's sms telling her i'll be late, i cuddled back into my blanket and slept (>_<)
And slept and slept until at least 9.15am when I climbed out of bed. Even thought of not going to school but couldn't cos the tape's with me. Then started to panic.
Rush rush rush.... and ended up being more than an hour late for singlecam (-___-)

After such a long while, I finally finished reading my sister's keeper!! Applause applause, thank you. I took hmm... less than a month to finish!!! Such an accomplishment ain't it? (^0^)
Anyways, the book is reeeaaally good. And i cried at the end (T__T) So sad!!! Although it's not like I read alot, but this is the first that made me cry.
Gonna buy the book about the amish by the same author.
Sleeping too much causes headaches.

Got my red blood cells, platelets and whatever stuff flowing in my veins drawn out for the very first time this morning.
My first blood test in the 18+ years of my life.
It was much much much better than I expected. The needle prick was almost impossible to notice and the actual drawing of the blood was kinda cool to look at. Staring at the red liquid inch up the little syringe slowly. But but but... after the whole procedure, the wound hurted. And now it is still slightly painful and there's a little blood clot patch near it. GROSS.
Lab results will be out on wednesday. Hopefully my lungs are not stuck together and my blood type is not K. LOL!
After the early morning check up, met up with arlene dear to shop at bugis.
I BOUGHT MY NEW YEAR DRESS~~ lalalala~
There were tons of japanese tourists there today. YOUNGSTERS. YOUNG GUYS. Damn good looking can!!! (^3^) *faints* But their dressing is really weird (i actually even mean 'stupid' actually). My new year dress is pretty~ and it's of chinese new year colour! My first time getting a festive coloured clothing for the occasion. Mum, sis and i actually all got flower prints for new year coincidentally. That's the yip's family new year theme! Let's get dad a flower print shirt! LMAO!
The 4/7 gathering was great too!!!
Although not everyone turned up, it was still fabulous seeing them again. I was expecting all of them to be different in terms of looks and behaviour etc.. but in the end I think the one that changed most was me. They were all the same old 4/7 bunch!

I'm beginning to feel that stress for OSIP.
After my majong khakis left, had a lil discussion with the family regarding the trip. And that left me in tears. bleh. (>_<) How useless can I get? (And I thought I was useless enough for MEP...) But oh wells, afterall, this is my first LONG, and by long I mean like SIX WHOLE MONTHS long, trip away and it's to china mind you.
So now, the conclusion is another change of plans.
It'll be to Hong Kong first then back here and then off to OSIP, wherever they want us to be.
The troublesome thing that caused this extra trip to hk is that I gotta change my hk IC to the smartid. Cos if the company is gonna book tickets for us to arrive at hk first or even any business trips to hk during the internship, I gotta change my IC to smartid within a month of arrival in hk. But it'll be impossible cos I can't take leave during SIP. And with mrs nah now 'persuading' me to not go back to hk after SIP, I have no other choice, do I?
Wheeeeee~ Many trips this march/april! But technically, it's still singapore-china only.

Rabu rabu weekends cos I get to sleep in like no one's business. And because of my stupid idiotic cough which is making me so weak, I get to sleep without anyone disturbing and with my parents' approval. hahah! This is a very rare chance for me to compensate for all the lack of sleep throughout the week.
Went to funan to look for a proper laptop case/bag but to no avail. Should I get a slip case or should I get a backpack cos the lappie is sooooo HEAVYYYY??
Then was dinner at Manhattan Fish Market at central - the new mall at clark quay. Food was goooody yum yum. It's something like Fish & Co, but with better food and fresher fish and less oil. Their chips are better than Fish & Co's. The staff there were really nice too.
In order to aid in digestion, we walked down to chinatown for some CNY shopping. But didnt get anything much except for waxed duck leg (which is yummmm and we're eating it tomorrow) and some melon seeds and gummies. There was this little girl with a blue shake shake like the one in tatta. So I went hunting for them... but there was none (>_<)
I want to eat that ko rou bao from the shop beside the bakery.
Cough is making my whole body ache.
I woke up at 2 pm today.
I kept mistaking the computer's keyboard for the lappie's.

I still need some time to let that fact settle in. One whole month of the brand new year just passed without me even noticing. Because of what? Assignments (>_<) and now onto the second month of the year, it's still.... assignments. Like duh right. What else can the wonderful second year of poly bring...
So now I am going to guangdong for OSIP instead?? どうして？？！！！
Although I wanted to make use of this chance to learn to be independent and whatever else, but.... it's china we're talking about now. It's kinda like an entirely different thing altogether. For one, it's not like the place is in any busy city known to me. Secondly, it's still not that safe in china now isn't it? Not that hk is really that safe actually....
This totally scrapes all my wonderful hk plans (T_T) *sigh* But still can't chicken out of it now ne... Just because it's a different place or perhaps should say that because it's a different place, the more I should make the best out of it and really learn to survive in an entirely foreign environment... ne?
