Another awesome night out with the Sinema crazy peoples.
Drinking was very minimal cos it was only anchor beer diluted with sprite and we only finished 4 cans. But the roof top was really nice!! Great ambience but pity it can't be turned into a pub. After light drinking was to Cathay for midnight show! 21 was srsly good!! Althought not the best, but definitely good and worth watching!! (nad, we really really should have caught it even though it was first row!! zohan was so terrible!!! >__<) I wonder if this card counting really works.... hmmm.. Anyways, a huge factor why 21 was good is because it doesn't have the stupid 'yo momma-wha's up homie' shits. Can't stand all the hip hop bling bling nonsense. And Aaron Yoo is kinda cute. Kate Bosworth is hot too (but it's just a little little factor if it actually had any impact on me at all). And the show was even better cos it was Ben's treat! THANK YOU DUDE!
After the show was 2.30am already and we headed down to rochor beancurd to get tou hua shui. Somehow I just didn't feel like going home so I suggested we head down to mustafa which i've never been to before!!! MUSTAFA IS AMAZING!!! They sell everything and anything!! I would have loved a retro casio watch, but I know I can't pull it off like Nik and Ginny. boo. But still, instant foods FTW! JB and I bought food and food and food! Instant pasta in ginseng soup, instant rice, instant soup.... and it bewilders me why a place like mustafa doesn't sell masala tea!!! it's MASALA TEA you know, MASALA TEA!!! If mustafa doesn't have it, i don't think there'll be a place in singapore which sells it *pouts*
I loveee the baby eeyore nik bought for me. I WILL BRING IT TO PERTH I PROMISE!! It was a tough choice between care bear, dumbo, pooh and eeyore. But somehow, eeyore seems the cutest last night (or rather, this morning). Much love to nik for the gift! After getting lost at mustafa was like 5.30am already and since we are all hungry, we had prata breakfast!!! I must try prata bomb one of these days!! It's awesomely sweeeeet!!
After being so satisfied with breakfast was home. Reached home at 6.33am. After which I didn't sleep and then went out for (another) breakfast and grocery shopping. So finally at 10am, I went to bed. What a great day. Love hanging out till mornings~

Friday was a hell lotta fun!! Work in the day excluded, but milk with sipaah straws is love.
After work was pool. I seriously have to brush up my pool skills!! I suck. The last time I played was like.... 2 years ago? With ria and gang at marine parade. Nik's pool is super duper pro!! kakkoii na~~ Then after pool was drinking. BEER! Lots of beer! But out of our company of 6, 2 can't drink and 3 don't wanna drink so it was left with poor Nik to drink most of the tower of beer. I won't name who can't drink but Ben and Jyaeshika puked XDD lol~ Red wine + beer + wind + smoking = puke. This puke formula is based on detailed observations and is super accurate for people who don't usually drink. The pub was supposed to be non smoking but everyone started puffing away. IDIOTS. After drinking was like 3am and then we went K-ing at cine kbox. Crazy I say! K-ed till 6am, and i totally KO-ed for the last hour. Although I was zombified after the entire, the whole farewell was awesome! Love all you guys!!!
But after I got home wasn't so nice. First was feeling sick and faint and then was the idiot idp talk early in the morning! I couldn't even get a bit of sleep!! All I could manage was WORK (can you imagine?! i am using all the cursing methods i know on the docu), bathe, change, a lil breakfast and out of the house I was again. After the talk, which wasn't useful but great cos we managed to catch up a bit, I had to go for high tea at Eric Khoo hotel with the family and the Luis. High tea was good but I was so sleepy!!!
By the time we got home was 6pm!! That's 33hours without sleep and lots of partying!!
I fell asleep the moment I touched my bed and concussed till 8.30 this morning! After breakfast was sleep again till 1.30pm and out of the house for yet another aussie talk.
I'm all genki now! Bought a timberland backpack after dinner at tampines. BACKPACK!! Oh wells, I can be unglam all I want in strange aussie land.

and what a day it was

It was so busy at sinema, it's like the whole world came. Star-studded day perhaps? First there was fiona xie, then was yeo yann yann and justin. Kinda rare for our place to have 3 'celebrities' in one day. I can't recall a day in the last 2 months that sinema was this crowded. There were meetings after meetings and then in the evening the 'the days' crew came. There were soooo many people, so so many. But it was crowded in a nice way XD
Then again, sinema was good but docu was bad. I arranged courier pickup from 9V and just trying to tell the fedex guy that the pickup place is not our office and that our company doesnt have a fixed telephone line and that the payment is made by receipient and that we don't have an account with fedex almost killed me. Fedex is the service provider which means that fedex is supposed to make things easy for us but instead he was totally not getting what I'm telling him and he even told me to just bring the stuff to their drop off location which is so wth cos if i can bring it to drop off, i wouldn't have bloody called them up!!
Anyways after a long while, I settled fedex, dhl and tnt (dhl and tnt are sooooo much better. esp tnt. the service was excellent), then I had to get bubble wrap so that I can head down to 9V and help her wrap the tapes. So I walked all the way down the stairs of doom and all the way back to peace centre (how i wished the back gate was still in use...) just to get bubble wrap and then while I was halfway walking to city hall station, she msged me 'They've all come and gone". That was all. But the thing is there were 3 courier guys and they were all arranged for different times so who exactly came and gone?!!! So of cos I called her immediately but she never picked up. Sent her smses, and she replied back. So she was at her phone and I tried calling again. Never pick up. FINE. In the end, she told me not to go down after all this shit. LIKE SERIOUSLY WTH. Courier is such a simple thing to begin with! All the materials were with her at the pick up location, all the courier pick up has been arranged for her at a place that she is already at, she already had the commercial invoices prepared for her, all the payment accounts are already settled, the packaging will all be provided by the courier guys, so why does she even need me there?!! Just so she don't have to hand the tapes over to the courier guys herself??!
CAN I JUST QUIT NOW?!?! I'm supposed to end on 15th and therefore she wants me to settle EVERYTHING by 15th so she doesn't have to get another person in. This basically means I have to crash everything that was supposed to be done by MID JULY to MID JUNE! That's totally ridiculous!!! Can I be like cw and be uncontactable???
Ok ranting aside.
'THE DAYS' WILL BE THE MOVIE OF THE YEAR I TELL YOU! Better than all the hollywood blockbusters! Please support THE DAYS when it's out in september!!

AHA! It's payday!!!
I was just about to ask her to pay me but before I could muster my courage to do so, she said "Oh yes, let me give you your cheque". YAY~! Although it's only for the first month, but at least now I know she won't drag that long. Hopefully I'll be able to get my last payment before i fly!
My eye hurts AGAIN! There's some infection AGAIN! Got to see the doctor AGAIN!

The anxiety died down a bit so at least i'm not so scared about Perth anymore. And also, the last days for both jobs are more or less nailed down, I can actually see an end to work! Went to idp today to pay for the health cover thing and got some info. But they dont help with accomodation!! GRRRR. Most prob it'll be homestay but i can't find a home to stay in!!! (>___<)
Other than work, there's like nothing else happening.
