When there's ripe RIPE bananas at home that can't be finished, the best way to have them is in muffins!!! This recipe is really awesome. Easy and good.
I must admit they aren't the prettiest looking, but they sure are yummy! The crumbs are the best! I think I wanna make some of the crumbs and heap it on the apple coffee cake i made some time ago. It'll be just like an apple crumble pie!!
